Plas Bryn Hir is situated above the popular seaside town of Criccieth with distant views across Porthmadog Bay towards Harlech. Listed Grade II, Plas Bryn Hir is deemed to be of architectural and historic merit. The front façade incorporates sash windows, with central panelled entrance doors beneath a fan light and glazed veranda with cast iron columns. Internally the dated accommodation is arranged on three floors with wall panelling to the principal reception rooms, enriched modillion ceiling cornices in the drawing room, reeded arches wither side of the fireplace.

Off the hallway, which is divided from the central entrance hall by an archway with fluted pilasters, access is gained to a handsome oak staircase with turned balustrades, scrolled tread ends and dado panelling.
